Cancellation & Refunds

We want you to love your Pytan pair. If something isn’t right, here are the basics of our policy.

• Order cancellation: within 24 hours of placing your order.
• Returns: within 7 days of delivery for unworn items in original packaging.
• Refunds: to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
• Final sale & made-to-order items are not eligible for return.
